Polvoron Procedure
- Toast flour in a pan over moderate heat until light brown, stirring constantly
- In a bowl mix together toasted flour, Birch Tree Fortified milk powder, sugar, and melted butter.
- Using around or oval molder, shape polvoron and place in 1-ounce fluted paper cups.
Chocolate Topping Procedure
- Place chopped chocolate in a glass bowl or a cup and microwave for a few seconds until completely melted.
- Spoon melted chocolate into polvoron cups and top with candy sprinkles.
